What is a "Borrowing Benefits" Class?
A Borrowing Benefits Class is for anyone, with or without EFT experience. During the class, the practitioner works with one person in front of the group. You will be watching and focused on this ongoing session. Your issue will clear as your own system draws parallels from the work you are watching! Sounds wild! But it works. Try it out for free. Here's what to do:
Be Prepared for your Borrowing Benefits Class
Choose 3 different specific events from your past that still hold an emotional charge for you. Each should meet the following criteria:
1. It happened at least 5 years ago (longer if possible),
2. It has a beginning and an end, and
3. You can make the memory into a movie and run it in your mind which takes no more than a couple of minutes. If yours takes longer, you just need to break it down into smaller segments.
4. Give each event a title and write them down.
5. Bring this with you to class!
